Heir to Rioja's Remelluri estate, energetic Telmo Rodriguez trained in Bordeaux and the Rhône. Having overhauled his family's wines, he looked beyond Rioja to create some of Spain's most exciting wines. Roaming relentlessly, he seeks out forgotten vineyards and unlocks their potential. This Grenache-Tempranillo from northern Spain is among his more accessible wines, with red fruit flavours, gentle tannins and a slightly spicy, meaty finish. A wine for chargrilled lamb. |
